Translation provided by Wendy Gillespie:

In pious memory of the Reverend Thomas Evans, lately pastor of this church, whose mortal remains were laid below here in the hope of the glory of the resurrection, who died on the 23rd day of April AD 1671 aged 65.  And of Joanna (Joan?) his wife who died AD 1654.  Sampson Evans their last born son set up this monument out of love towards his parents. Next to them sleeps Maria (Mary?) their dearest daughter, who died in AD 1645 aged 1.
